Full-Service Installation & Dismantling
Our trained crew will install and take down all display elements of your exhibit so that you can concentrate on marketing and generating sales leads.
Freight management to and from the site.
From across town to around the world, our trade show freight experts will monitor your exhibit from the moment it leaves your door until it returns back home. Give us your trade show schedule and we will take care of labeling, shipping and delivery. Your exhibit arrives ready for your sales team to go into action! When the show is over, we will handle the pickup, documentation, routing, monitoring and delivery of your shipment so that your can walk away with no worries.
Export/import documents
No need to worry about tariffs or customs regulations. Our team of custom brokers will avoid costly delays and save you money by ensuring that all the necessary papers are in order for your shipment of trade show materials
Inventory/cataloging of display components When you take advantage of our Asset Management Program, we can provide you with an on-line catalogue for easy reference of your display components, including on-line ordering and instructions on packing and shipping contents.
On-site assistance before, during and after the show. If you need assistance at show site, a Skyline team member can attent to help address any concerns/issues that may arise including arranging for storage during the trade show.
Exhibit repair and maintenance When you enroll in our Asset Management Program, at the end of the show, our exhibitors’ coordinator will provide a comprehensive report on what needs to be done before your next trade show. Skyline Gulf coast will make minor repairs while keeping an eye on your budget at all times.
Warehousing Asset Management material is stored in our fully secured warehouse until you are ready for the items for future shows, freeing up your valuable floor space. You always know where your exhibit is and with our catalogue of display components, you always know what is in storage.
